SQL Server Field Technician


We are looking for a talented Windows SQL Server Technician with a strong background using, troubleshooting, and writing T-SQL, who is interested in a role that involves extensive travel throughout the United States.

Senior Citrix Engineer


​Senior Virtualization Engineer to join a hard-working team that manages a very large corporate enterprise. Daily responsibilities include day-to-day provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, and maintenance of the virtual infrastructure. This is a large scale, fast paced, and cross-functional team environment. This is a senior role. It is not for the meek or the beginner.

The main platform in use is Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop. However, we need a candidate with experience supporting various virtualization technologies, including VMware and Cisco, which are also in the environment. The Senior Engineer will also need to be well versed in performance and capacity monitoring.

And the Virtualization Team does have to work with IT Support to manage issues and resolve outages within the timeframe of established Service Level Agreements. This is a 24 x 7 environment and On-Call rotation is part of the job.

You need at least five years' experience with Virtualization, and it should include mainly Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop administration, though VMware vSphere administration and Cisco UCS administration are also important. We are looking for an innovative Performance Test Engineer, who will be responsible for preparing test strategy and plan for performance testing and performing test execution based on the plan. Business Systems Analyst


We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst capable of handling multiple projects at once, while also meeting user needs and providing innovative business solutions. design, develop, integrate and enhance while preforming application analysis. The BSA must be able to analyze existing databases and systems and recommend enhancements to solve business needs.


Some Responsibilities include:

  • Develop innovative ideas and investigate user needs. 
  • Work with conceptual design and feasibility, functional design, and general design studies.
  • Perform internal system acceptance testing, delivery of tested system enhancements, and ensure systems meet business requirements.
  • Build complex documents, provide input and assure final versions are ready for the client.
  • Collect information using requirement gathering templates and protocols.
  • Clearly articulate the different stages of testing to various audiences.
  • Ability to identify user errors, defects, and data and training issues within a testing context. 
  • Be an active part of the testing team.
  • Basic project management skills are a definite plus.
  • Keep up to date with current technology in both hardware and software. 
  • Manage document development across project work flows. 
  • Prepare test data and write simple to moderate test scripts.

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Management Sciences, Hotel/Casino Management, Computer Sciences, Accounting, or Engineering field. 
  • 4+ years Slot Management.
  • 5+ years system analysis and design, training, implementation, and testing.
  • 2+ years design, analysis, implementation, testing, and training.
  • Required Slot Gaming Systems.
  • Must have the following skills: Windows Server, SQL database, IT Gaming Applications, Gaming, Planning.

This position requires previous experience working with the Justice department, and you will have to pass an extensive criminal background check.
