SQL Server Field Technician


We are looking for a talented Windows SQL Server Technician with a strong background using, troubleshooting, and writing T-SQL, who is interested in a role that involves extensive travel throughout the United States. 

The platform relies heavily on Microsoft SQL Server. Our SQL Server Field technicians are responsible for implementing the platform in new environments as well as providing highly technical support to our clients. This role includes some elements of project management, system implementation, and troubleshooting and support, though it is mostly technical. Some client solutions are highly customized and strong knowledge of reading and writing complex SQL statements is necessary.  


Travel 

There is extensive travel involved in this role. Up to 75% of the job involves traveling to client sites to implement, upgrade, and or support the platform.

Senior Citrix Engineer


​Senior Virtualization Engineer to join a hard-working team that manages a very large corporate enterprise. Daily responsibilities include day-to-day provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, and maintenance of the virtual infrastructure. This is a large scale, fast paced, and cross-functional team environment. This is a senior role. It is not for the meek or the beginner.

The main platform in use is Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop. However, we need a candidate with experience supporting various virtualization technologies, including VMware and Cisco, which are also in the environment. The Senior Engineer will also need to be well versed in performance and capacity monitoring.

And the Virtualization Team does have to work with IT Support to manage issues and resolve outages within the timeframe of established Service Level Agreements. This is a 24 x 7 environment and On-Call rotation is part of the job.

You need at least five years' experience with Virtualization, and it should include mainly Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop administration, though VMware vSphere administration and Cisco UCS administration are also important. Your experience should be in a large enterprise environment. A Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V) certification is a big advantage.

We are looking for an innovative Performance Test Engineer, who will be responsible for preparing test strategy and plan for performance testing and performing test execution based on the plan.   • Prior experience managing activities within one of the following business areas: hospitality, finance and accounting, etc.
  • Background in process engineering or technical project requirements
  • PMP certification preferred
